Zilla Parishad has published Tender For Repairing Of K.N.Basic School , Booth No 16/195, Under Saptibari-I Gp, Maynaguri Block-2 Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm. thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. 3 125mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in ground floor. 4 Cement concrete with 30 mm down graded shingles excluding shuttering. N.B. VarietyIn ground floor (a) 1:3:6 proportion 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(ii ) River Bazre 6 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. II. ( b) 20mm thick (4:1) plaster 9 Supply , fitting & fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated gril conforming to IS 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel sections conforming to IS 7452 -1974 with non frication projection type, box type hinges, glazing clips, lugs, locking bracket, handle plate etc, including hoisting in position , straightening if required , fixing lugs in cement concrete (4:2:1) with stone chips 19mm down 19mm down .cutting holes and mending good damages to match with existing surface complete in all respect excluding glazing (b) Openable steel window as per Is sizes with side hung shutters and horizontal glazing bars with or without fixed type ventilators ( the extra rate admissible for the openable portion only ) 10 Supply , fitting & fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated gril conforming to IS 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel sections conforming to IS 7452 -1974 with non frication projection type, box type hinges, glazing clips, lugs, locking bracket, handle plate etc, including hoisting in position , straightening if required , fixing lugs in cement concrete (4:2:1) with stone chips 19mm down 19mm down .cutting holes and mending good damages to match with existing surface complete in all respect excluding glazing (viii) M.S integrated grill as per approved design integrated with steel window or Ventilator joint continiously welded with M.S flates and bars. 11 Supplying 1.5mm thick sheet fitted and fixed on one or both face of M.S / WI gate Etc with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per Design including cost of labour and materials . 12 Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc. with cement concrete (4:2:1) with stone-chips laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (2:1) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners and including application of cement slurry before flooring works, using cement @1.75Kg/m^2 all complete including all materials and labour. a)25mm thick: 13 Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm dia J or L hook-bolts limped and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm end lap and one done corrugation minimum side lap in roof with 0.63 mm th sheet 14 M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular memebrs as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereof.For roof truss worksa) Span up to 12 Mtr 15 (Z-batten shutters of door and window as per design havings tongued and groove half lap jointed as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixing shutter in position, but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings in ground floor. (B) Shutter with 19mm thick planks, 19mm thick battens.(iv) Other Local Wood 16 Priming with best qality synthetic enamel paint of aproved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.including using of appro- ved putty etc.on the surface if required.(Two coats)c) On steel or other metallic surface 17 Painting with best qality synthetic enamel paint of aproved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.including using of appro- ved putty etc.on the surface if required.(Two coats) with any shade except white Steel or Other metal Surface. 18 .
