Hence, before disposal, the tractor will have to bring in the Township Civil Office for measurement purpose). 9 FIXED EXPENDITURE LIMIT for EXTRA DUTY upto Rs. 3,00,000/- only for 02 years period. The above fixed expenditure limit is for engagement of workers to perform extra duty i.e. overtime duty beyond schedule duty hours on urgent basis strictly as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge or his authorisedd representative.Applicable category of workers for this item are Agreemental-A (Rate-II & Rate-III) and Agreemental-B (Unskilled) only.[Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.9 as the amount Rs.3,00,000/- will be added in the total amount at par] 10 NOTE: No negative quote is allowed.
