Targets Covered Should Include Matrix Protein Gene Specific Region Of Influenza A, Nucleoprotein Gene Specific Region Of Influenza B, Hemagglutinin Gene Specific Region Of H1n1 And H3n2 Subtype. Ii. The Kit Should Allow Differential Identification Along With Endogenous Internal Control In Clinical Samples Including Nasopharyngeal And Oropharyngeal Swabs, Sputum, Anterior Nasal Swabs, Mid Turbinates Nasal Swabs, Bronchoalveolar Lavage.
