Public Works Department has published Tender For Kishore Bharati Krirangan Kolkata _Repairing Work For Fire Protection System- 1 Supplying , installation ,testing and commissioning Of M,S Balck Pipes- IS:1239 (Medium) of TATA or JINDAl make with all necessaryaccessories ,specials ViZ, socket,bend ,tee ,uinon, cross,elbow ,nipple,long screw,reducing socket,reducing tee,short pieces etc,fitted with holder bats,clamps including cutting pipes,welding ,fiitting ,fixing, takenout the damaged existing portion below all sorts ofmaterial etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required as required jointing materials and two coatsof painting with approved paints.# 150mm (N.B) 2 # 80 mm (N.B) 3 Renewing , installation ,testing and commissioning of swinging type CI non-return valve as per IS:5312 (PN 10 Rating) with disc and SS hings complete including matching flanges, nuts & bolts complete size 150 mm NB .# 150mm (N.B) 4 # 200 (N.B) 5 Renewal & installation of MS hose box of fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet double door with lockable arrangement to accomodate 2 RRL hose of 15 m length and one brunch pipe painted white inside and red outside with one key. (750x600x250 mm). 6 Supply and installation of 63 mm dia rubberized reinforced rubber line hose pipe in 15 M length conforming to IS 636 type1 ISI markedwith gunmetal male and female instantaneouscoupling conforming to IS903 with 18 SWG copper wire complete. 7 Renewal Supply,erection ,testing and commissioningof ISI Marked Butterfly Valve of Ratong P:N 1.6 with bronze /gunmetal seat compete with Nuts & Bolts, Guskets confireming to IS-13095of following sizes as required .# 80 mm 8 Renewal, supply, installation of SS oblique type single headed hydrant valve with 80 mm inlet and 63 mm outlet S. S instantaneous male coupling with rubber cap and chain conforming to IS 5290. 9 Recommissioning after necessary servicing with parts of electric motor driven Horizental centrifugal Jocky Pump of capacity 11.00 Cu.M /HRs at 70 MWC, 2900 RPM of existing make with coupling & coupling guard, base frame as necessary foundation in all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(TFC motar & Bronze inpaller). 10 CORROSION PROTECTION OF PIPINGApplying Anticorrosive tapewithpipokatetape of 4 mm thickness and one coat of synthetic black enamel paint, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.150 mm NB 11 Renewing, installation , testing & commissioning of C.I. Gate valve as per IS: 14846 (PN16) with matching flanges, gasketing complete with nuts & bolts size. #Size 200 NB 12 #Size 150 NB 13 Recommissioning after necessary servicing with parts of electric motor driven horizental centrifugal Fire pump of capacity 171 Cu.M /HR at 70 MWC, 2900 RPM of existing make with coupling & coupling guard base frame as necessary foundation in all complete as per specification and direction of the EIC. (TFC motor & Bronze impaller) pump rate of operation shall upto 150 % of rated discharge with adequete motor rating for said rated flow i.e. 65 % as per speification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Recommisioning after necessary servicing with parts of Disel engine driven horizental centrifugal Fire Pump of capacity 171 Cu.M/HR at 70 MWC, 1800 RPM of existing make with coupling and coupling guard, base frame, founation, in all complete rate operation shall up to 150 % of rated discharge with adequete motor rating for said flow as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .
