Make -KSB/ Texmo/ Pluga/BG/Any approved vendor of PHED 20 Supply & fitting fixing of 18w LED tube light including electrical connection complete 21 Carrying damaged 5/7.5/10/12.5 HP pump-motor set from deptt store to Kolkata workshop including loading and unloading at both ends all complete. 22 Dismentling the damaged pump motor set at workshop for necessary repairing of the same. 23 Supply of following spares for pump. 24 Shaft sleeve (SS) 25 Suction cage bush (GM) 26 Neck Ring(GM) 27 Pump stage bush (GM) 28 Reassemble the pump set with newly supplied materials in item no ( 8.01-8.04) and old seviceable spares as per direction of EIC. 29 Supply of following spares for the motor. 30 Top bush (GM) 31 Bottom bush (GM) 32 Thrust bearing 33 Charges for motor grinding 34 Rewinding the motor by supplying suitable gauge PVC insulated copper wire & by other required materials as per direction of EIC. (The rate has been derived after deducting the cost of old damaged Cu wire) 35 Reassemble the motor after rewinding with newly supplied materials in item no (9.01- 9.03) and old serviceable spares as per direction of EIC. 36 Painting the pump motor set after repair & reassemble by supplying oil bound paint after scraping out the old paint rust as per direction. 37 Carrying the repaired pump motor set from workshop to deptt storeincluding loading and unloading complete. 38 Add GST @ 18% 39 Add CESS @ 1% .
