MS Suspension clamp along with nuts,bolts and washers. 12 80mm dia Cast iron double flanged Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door /dome/Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, Spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2.Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15 kg/sqcm 350 NB and above valves should be provided with enclosed gear box and antifriction device for ease of operation. 13 80 mm dia Cast iron double flanged single door swing non-return valve generally conforming to IS:5312 Part I, having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr.FG200, body and door rings & bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr.LTB 2 (350mm & above), hinge pin of st.st.AISI410, valve suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/cm2 (Seat test) & body tested to 15 kg/Sqcm. 14 CIDF 90° bend-1 No,CI flange tee-1 No,Blank flange-1 No,CI/MS Flange short piece 0.50 mtr-1 No,CI/MS Flange pipe1 mtr-1 No etc.(As per IS specification and certification registered) for constuction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 15 Supply and delivery Depth Gauge,102 mm Dia with steel air brake pipe, required length with allover fitting and accessories for the worl including supplying on the good quality hand pump of Approve make. 16 Supply and delivery pressure Gauge,102mm dia and 7kg/cm2 range brass cock and fitting complete 17 Heavy type 250 mm dia Split type TubeWell cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of Collumn pipe,Air pipe and cable entry with two sets heavy type suspension clamp,Nut,bolts and washer as per departmental design. 18 Supply and delivery of 100 Amp Male female KitKat fuse unit. 19 Increasing the existing TubeWell casing height upto a standard level as per direction of EIC. 20 For Dia of 250 mm. 21 Making brick piller 0.25X0.25X0.75 mtr or suitable height for supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete. 22 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length including supplying of Nuts,bolts and all other materials. 23 Installation of above pump motor,valves and specials including supply of cable gland,sockets and power line connection in the existing panel,etc. including brick sand cement rod etc. as required to complete the job as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC. 24 Making Earthing arrangement 25 Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:By ISI-Medium GI pipe. 26 Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. 27 Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode. 28 Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 29 Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required length of Busbar is 0.5 mtr. 30 Testing and commissioning of the whole installation with full satisfaction of EIC. 31 Making joint of the cable by supplying compression type gland, thimple, socket, etc. as per requiredment and as per direction of EIC. 32 Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 33 Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required length of Busbar is 0.5 mtr. 34 Lighting Arrangement:- 35 30 Watt. LED Highly efficient IP66 LED street-light with aluminium pressure die-cast housing, toughened glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution,higher spacing between poles and maintenance-free system. (Make-Approved Make) 36 Supplying and fixing 2 Way MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment. 37 Supplying and fixing 240/415 Volt, 40 AMP, DP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. 38 Fixing outdoor type fluorescent/SV/MV light fitting on pole including S&F 40 mm dia x 1.68 mts. long GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) bracket with 40 mmx10 mm thick, MS-clamp etc. and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated and sheathed wire (single core) from loop box at the base of pole to light fiting through pole & bracket (without control switch) including making connections& painting. 39 Add GST @ 18% 40 Add CESS @ 1% .
