Public Health And Engineering Department has published Tender For Lowering Of Submersible Pumping Machineries In The Newly Sunk Rbtws No-12 And 13 For Old Collector Well At Surjanagar Low Lift Pump House Under Asta Water Supply Scheme. - 1 Supply delivery the following materials at site:- 2 Vertical submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet wining type suitable size submersible motor with following specification:Discharge (Q) : 33 m³/Hr.Head (H):35 mtrs,Outlet - 80 mm dia,Motor: Operating Voltage: 415 (± 10%), Phase: 3 Ph, 50 Hz ±6%,Speed: 2900 RPM, Power-5.5 KW/7.5HP,Method of starting: DOL. (Make:-Approved make) 3 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC. (Make:-Approved make)(Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery.)(Extra cable stored at site for further uses) 4 G.I. wire for cable binding. 5 Making straight through joint between 1.5 mm2 or 2.5 mm2(motor cable) and 3 core X 4 mm2 submersible flat copper cable for extension of motor cable up to required lengh by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction. 6 Making straight through joint of 3 core 10 mm² Al Ar cable with 3 Core x 4 Sqmm submersible flat cable by supplying Ferrul, rubber and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof.(Without kit) 7 Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable along the length of G.I. collecting line including fixing with supplied clamps, nuts and bolts at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC.(Kiosk Box to RBTW) 8 Installation of 5.5 KW/7.5 HP submersible pumping machinery along with 80 mm dia. M.S. column pipe part by part in the newly sunk tube wells with an arrangement of derrick, lifting tackles, tools and plants etc. on hire basis and binding the vertical submersible cable with the column pipes properly and fixing M.S. Top Coveron the tube wells with supplying necessary Clamps made of 65 mmX 12 mm thick flat as per reqd length, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per direction. 9 7.5 HP S/M P/M. 10 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes,anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 11 Add GST @ 18% 12 Add CESS @ 1% .
