New Town Kolkata Development Authority has published Operation And Day To Day Maintenance Of Internal And External Electrical Items With Cleaning Of Electrical Equipment And Observation Of Measuring Units At Action Area-Iig And Iif, Newtown, Kolkata.- 1 Operation of Indoor Outdoor Electrical Equipmentlike Street Light, High Mast and ancillary Accessories like feeder component etc. with Sweeping, Cleaning,guarding the Site within safty rules as per IE Rule, maintaing making arrangement of Ladder/ Scaffolding , necessary Tools, The above items are excluding the supply of spares like lamps, etc. but inclusive labour cost for replacement and repairing work. The materials will be supply by dept as per site requirment. The Following Pattern Persons to be distributed in two/three shift as per EIC. 2 Supply and delivery at site of following cable 1.1 Kv grade PVC/XLPE armored Al. conductor(LP) cable, conforming IS: 1554 (Part-1) /1976, Make: Havells/ Polycab/KEI or similar as per EIC. a) 4 core X 16sqmm, 3 b) 3.5 core X 35sqmm 4 Laying following in underground trench 460mm wide X 760 mm. average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 nos. brick per meter, including excavation of earth in cutting trenches, filling space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 5 Micro tunneling supply of HDPE pipe 50 mm dia as per appropriate specifrication in single lengths for each individual tunnel. 6 Laying of 1.1 KV grade upto 50 sqmm PVC/XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor through Micro tunneling / pipe/Pole/ Piller boxes of following sizes cable. 7 Supply & laying throgh the pole of 3 X 1.5Sqmm Cu Wire, Make Poly Cab/ Havells/ Kei or similar as per EIC. 8 Supply and laying single core 16 Sqmm flexible cable in the Feeder pilar Box (Make:Polycab /Havells/KEI/ RR/ Gloster/As per choice of EIC) including finishing ends as per direction of EIC 9 Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : a) 4 core X 16sqmm 10 b) 3.5 core X 35sqmm 11 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : a) 4 core X 16sqmm 12 b) 3.5 core X 35sqmm 13 Earthing the installation by G.I. Spike (ISI-M) of 1.2 mtr. Long driven to an depth of 1.2 mtr. Below the ground level including S/F 1X4 SWG. G.I. Earth wire (4 mtr. Long) with nuts bolts & washers. 14 Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection a) 32A SPMCB 15 b) 63A FP MCB 16 Supplying and fixing 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection. a) 160A 17 b) 125A 18 Supply and fixing of 3P 110A Power Contractor(Make:L&T/Siemens/Legrand or similar) as per direction of EIC. 19 Supply and fixing of Digital time switch (Make:L&T/Siemens/Legrand or similar) as per direction of EIC. 20 Shifting & Erection of Existinggalvanised octagonal / conical poles including making R.C.Cfoundation [as per drawing & design enclosed] including earth work in excavation of foundation pit, making R.C.C. foundation and also including supply of all materials e.g. cable and 6 SWG GI wire entry pipes, , sand, cement, coarse aggregate, reinforcement rods etc. and refitting of pit, duly rammed and finished complete as per direction of and up to satisfaction of E.I.C. .
