New Town Kolkata Development Authority has published Maintenance Of Arboriculture Of Rabindra Tirtha Park , Vivek Tirtha Park And Theme Park Under Action Area-I , At New Town , Kolkata - 664 /Nkda/Engg-36/2010-X , maintenance of lawn including regular weeding , watering , application of manure , spraying of different pesticides , insecticide , dewatering & shearing of lawn , replacement of dead patches , gap and earth filling/sand filling ( if required ) dressing etc . all complete as per direction of e . i . c . , maintenance of hedge & edge including regular weeding , watering , application of manure , spraying of different pesticides , insecticide , trimming ( as per required ) , replacement of dead patches , gap and earth filling/sand filling ( if required ) dressing etc . all complete as per direction of e . i . c . , mowing of ground , as and when instructed under detailed supervision of the department and instruction of e . i . c . by deploying mowing machine including machinery , labour , cost of fuel , lubricant all included , cleaning the ground and removal of cut off grass ( two time in every month ) from the ground etc . all complete as per direction of the e . i . c . , supply of pesticides , insecticides , manure as and when required to maintain the plants , lawn and trees etc . complete as per direction of e . i . c . , spreading of sludge , dump manure/farm yard manure/animal dung manure and good earth in required thickness . this includes supply of labour , tools & plants excluding materials . ( flower bed ) . , preparation and maintenance of seasonal flower bed including supply and plantation of new flower plants , regular deweeding , watering , application of manure fertillizer , spraying of different pesticides training and staking , application of folair nutrients , removal of dead leaves and plant , replacement of dead plants etc . all complete . before planting the next crop of seasonal flowers the beds are to be dug up to 30cm deep and roots , stems of pervious crop removed . the excavated earth is to be placed on the side of the bed . fresh manure is to beadded and the soil refilled back after drying for 3/4 days ( except during rains ) and seasonal flower of particular section be planted in every season all complete as per direction of eic . , maintanance of trees for one year ( avenue plants ) including watering , trimming , manuring , spraying insecticide and guarding as required . this includes supply of labour , tools & plants including materials . , washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado . , cleaning glazed tiles with acid . , cleaning e . p . or anglo-indian w . c . with acid . , cleaning urinal with channel with acid . , maintenance of civil and sanitary plumbing works as per requirement and direction of eic as and when required .
