New Town Kolkata Development Authority has published Operation And Maintenance Of Electrical Accessories At Business Club, Aa-Ia, Newtown, Kolkata Under Nkda. From 01.02.2024-30.04.2024- 1 Operation & maintenance of all electrical appliencein of the business club premises including 315kVA Sub station, This item includes labour cost with sundry metarials supplied agency also fixing of Sl no. 3 items . (as and when necessary or 24 hour operation) at this place as par attach specification including guarding the equipments, electrical store, up keeping ofLT equipments and other anicillary equipments , including operation of switches, etc. And also operating the pumps for daily water supply .This itemincludes labour cost and making arrangement of ladder/ scaffolding etc also.The maintenance period start from 01/02/24 to 30/04/24. Total staff patern should be engazed everyday in three shift as per direction of EIC . Agency should pay all catagories labours as per Government Circular with keep up a Log Book . Skilled Labour 2 Running operation of 250 KVA and 63 KVA diesel generating sets on load as and when necessary for round the clock by suplying fuel, lubricant, etc. for smooth of the same in the interest of normal functioning of office activities in case of power cut or falliure of normal power supply, whatever may be reason thereof and also including maintenace of power linefrom alternator to output side of change over switch as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
