Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority has published Replacement Of Damaged Bowel Assembly Of Vertical Turbine Pump No.04 With A Standby Spare Along With Replacement Of Damaged Necessary Spares And Other Allied Works At Raw Water Pumping Station At Najirgunj, Under Hmc.= 1 Removal and reinstallation of the 6 KV HT Motor ( Cap: 225 Kw , 988 RPM Matharan make) for pump no.04 after disconnecting the motor connection line and removing of motor stool , lower half coupling adjustment nuts and staking them in repairing bay as per direction of the EIC (Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 2 Withdrawal ofthe Pump No.04 ( Make: WPIL Ltd. ,Model No: VT-32-24 Discharge ; 1200 CUM/hr., Head= 42.18 M), dismantling the coloumn pipes, line shaft bushes and coupling , bellmouth and cutless bearing etc. part by part as per as per direction of EIC (Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 3 To and fro transportation charges of required items from pump house to workshop and return the same from workshop to pump house as per direction of the EIC(Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 4 Supply and delivery of CutlessBush for Line Shaft (Rubber backed SS Shell, ID: 68.4 mm) as per sample and technical specification for coloumn pipe and direction of the EIC(Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 5 Supply ,delivery of Line Shaft Sleeve ( L= 300 mm , OD= 68.2 mm, SS-410 ) as per sample and direction of the EIC(Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 6 Supply ,delivery of Head Shaft Sleeve ( L= 350 mm , ID= 60 mm) as per sample and direction of the EIC(Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 7 Supply ,delivery of Bush ( L= 200 mm , ID= 68 mm, Bronze) as per sample and direction of the EIC.(Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 8 Supply, delivery of HT Bolt , Nut , Washer (M24 x 110 L, SS ) as per sample and direction of the EIC (Ref: Comparative Statement attached). 9 Supply, delivery of Thd.
