Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority has published Supply, delivery and fixing of Air Circulating wall mounting fan, exhaust fan, LED tube light fittings, Ceiling fan at different location of Howrah Subway Complex and Glow Sign Board at Howrah Sub-Division (Electrical) Office at Howrah Subway Complex.- 1 Supply and delivery of 230 V, 50 Hz, 30 (750mm) wall bracket type Air circulating fan with double bearing, 3 blades, 1440 R.P.M, 250 watt, 22200 Cu.m/hr. air delivery capacity heavy duty fan as per direction of the EIC . [Make-Crompton, Cat No-750mm ACVORTEX30WM or eqv.] 2 Fixing only Air circulating wall fan on wall by S&F iron plate with fastner, GI bolts, nuts &washers after making holes on walls as reqd as per direction of the EIC. 3 Supplying and fixing Thermoplastic polypropylene make IP 66 rated junction box for outdoor wiring after deducting the price of old dismantled damaged items. [Make-Hensel, Cat No-DK1010G or eqv.] 4 Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as requiredi) 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC. 5 Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit FR [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. i) 20 mm size 6 Supply and Fixing of 2 mm Polyvinyl glow sign board made of 22 SWG GI sheet box with 1”X1” aluminum channel forfixing the vinyl board after necessary cutting the letter as required & sf LED tube light fittings along with all accessories as per direction of the EIC. 7 Supply of PVC/XLPE insulated armored/Un armored Aluminium conductor cable heavy duty of 1.1 kv grade of size as mentioned below after deducting the cost of old unserviceable material. [Make- Havells or eqv.]i) 3x10 Sq mm Un armoured 8 Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & FMS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip)Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages andpainting. 9 Supply and fixing 250 V, 6 - 10 A per way, SPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double door with IP-42/43 protection with DP isolators as incomer and SPMCBs (C Curve, 10 kA) as out going,concealed in wall after cutting the wall and mending good the damages to original ifnish incl inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision earthing attachment as per direction of the EIC. [Make-Crompton, Cat No-EXHD300-4-1 ISI Marked or eqv.]. 11 Fixing only exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of following diameter: i) 30 cm (12) 12 Supply & Fixing louver shutter on wall with necy. bolts & nuts (6 mm dia x 62 mm long)For AL- i) 30 cm Exhaust fan (12) 13 Supply & delivery of surface/ suspended mountedWaterproof LED luminarie (IP65) suiteble for twin T8 TLED lamps , complete in all respect with less cost of old dismantled LED fittings. (Make: Philips, TCW450 P 2XTLED 19W P3397). 14 Fixing only single/twin florescent light fitting complete with all accessories Directly on wall/ceiling with HW block and suitable size MS fastener, Ceiling plate, nipples etc. as required. 15 Supply, delivery & fixing of 1200 mm sweep, 1 phase, 1200mm and having 300 mm down rod, 1.1mm thick alluminium blade, conforming IS 374, 2mm shank thickness ceilling fan of following make as per direction of the EIC Supplyingwith less cost of old & dismantled damaged ceiling fan.[Make -Crompton, RIVIERA HI SPEED 1200mm - 1 STAR & ISI MARK]. 16 Add G.S.T. @ 18% on Rs.3,98,182.80 (Total Amount over item no 1.00 to15.00) 17 Add Cess @1% on Rs.4,69,855.70 ( Total Amount over item no 1.00 to16.00) .
