Cardshould Contain 6 Columns Filled With Sephadex Gel As Filtration Media 2. 1St To 3Rd Colums Should Be Prefilled With Monoclonal Antisera With A Serialof Anti A, Anti B,Anti D Respectively And Rest 3 Colums Contain 1 For Control And 2 Colums For Reverse Grouping With Variable Serial. 3. Incubation Period As Per Manufacturers Guideline / Brochure 4. Centrifugation Time Should Be As Per Manufacturers Guideline 5. Mixed Field Reaction /Double Cell Population Should Be Detected , Diluents For Blood Grouping (Forward And Reverse ) Gel Card , Note : - 1. Physical Demonstration Of Performance Of Testing Kit(S) :Technically Qualified Bidders Have To Undergo Physical Demonstration Of Performance Of Testing Kit(S) Bythe Experts Before Being Eligible As Finally Qualified For Financial Bid Opening .The Specific Date & Time Of The Same Will Be Notified Later On. 2. The Participating Bidders Of The Gel Card (Cat No. R06(B)/Kcr & B15(B)/Kcr) Are Requested To Bid For The Respective Diluents Also. If Not Participated In Both Gel Card & Diluents Then The Technical Bid Of The Bidder Will Not Be Evaluated And Will Be Rejected. 3. L1 Bidder Of The Gel Card, Must Accept The L1 Rate Of The Diluents, If Not Achieved L1 Status In The Diluents. Otherwise, The L1 Bidder Of The Diluents Will Be Offered To Accept The L1 Rate Of The Gel Card. 4.
