(in mm), 45 mm thick panel 1050ht.750 x1050 & 600 x1050,45 mm thick panel 1050ht.p/f of panel base d modular workstations of 45 mm thickness with extruded aluminum end post of size 45x16.5mm with con tinuous vertical locking arrangement for interconnection of two adjacent panels. top trim is of aluminum se ction of size 45x12mm and snap fitted on its base of size 45x20mm. the aluminum frame work is supporte d on lower and upper partition block. bottom block is made up of 9mm prelaminated particle board of desir ed shade which is pasted on 33x25mm thick particle board baton frame, which is properly screwed to end post and bottom electrical race way. upper block is fixed above the table top and is made up of particle bat tens fixed with 9 mm thick pin board and cloth of desired shade, optionally white board or glazing can be provided instead of pin board. raceway- one bottom raceway is provided as standard for drawing wires alo ng the width of panel. the raceway is covered with aluminum extruded plates from both sides and snap fitt ed with aluminum extruded raceway clip. the modular switch & socket plates can be mounted & punched onto the raceway panels with easy cable connectivity & accessibility in case of any repairs etc. table tops t o be made up of 25mm thick pre laminated particle board. the tops are supported on partition with the h elp of cantilevers. all work tops fixed at the standard anthropometric working height of 750mm from the gr ound level & finished with well filleted edges, thus making those users friendly. a circular hole is provided o n every w/top to facilitate the easy connection of cpu & monitor wires & is covered with a modular wire ma nager made in abs. gable end is made up of 18mm pre-laminated particle board of desired shade and scre wed to top with help of brackets. used to support w/tops at the exposed ends giving an openness to all wor kstations, cubicles etc. the keyboard trays are made out of 18mm thk plpb & mounted under the worktop with sliding channels [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ].
