Department Of Telecommunications has published Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1---Supply of Godrej 24 body Mobistack shelving System. The width of the body will be 1339 mm and inner dim. Of 1308 mm. There will be 9 nos number of shelves in each body. The shelf shall be 14 bend & stiffener will be provided for additional strength & support. The load bearing capacity shall be 70 kg per shelf. The each body will be of 3011 mm height and with under-structure will be 3266 mm Height. The Product shall be India Design Mark, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 certified and designed shall be as per Globally established design codes- SEMA, FEM, BS. The Surface finish shall be done by Lead free Epoxy Polyester powder coating. There will be a Sloped rail assembly to ensure safety for man movement & smoothness for trolley movement. The Boltless Super structure shall be providing flexibility & easy provision for changing positions of loading level. The finished product shall be tested for 25000 cycles, which will be equivalent to about 10 years of operation. The single handle shall be made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene to provide ease to move & aesthetic. The noise level should not cross as per the industrial norms, i.e. 70 db.The movement of the system effort will be approx. 600- 700 gram for shifting of 1ton load. The Load bearing & deflection shall be measure will be 4.5 mm against allowable 6 mm as per above supply item design guidelines. . Last date of submission for this tender is 2021-09-18.
