Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Periodical Services In Zone A Under Age (I) Raiwala; 1 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by complete removal ofexisting treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint of required shade (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machinecomplete all as specied and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.Note(i) The old/ New surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper.The cost of materials, labour and T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted.(ii)The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor.The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building.(v).The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) 10 M/L preparation of old surface of ceiling plastered including cornices and pillasters etc andapplying one coat of white wash on ceilingall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M/L preparation of old surface of wall plastered including cornices and pillasters etc andapplying one coat of white wash on wallall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M&L preparation of old painted surface of wall and applying one coat ofoil bound distember all as specified 13 M&L for applying one finshing coat of cement based paint including Prepraing surface of old surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applyingone coat of syntheticenamel paint First quality all as specified and directed . 15 M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality all as specified and directed . 16 M/L for writing letters/Bldg Nos or figures(Block, Roman or Indian) on wall 10cm height using synthetic enamel paint white or circular /black painted,black back ground all as specified and directred by Engg in charge 17 Preparation Old paintedconcrete surface of any descroption surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelledpaintof any tint over a coat of primer incl. all preparation complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in Chajjas/fins/RCC Facia of roof slab & chajjas for minor repair incl formwk incl one coat of SBR latex as bonding of old concrete to new concrete.
