Indian Army has published Bids Are invited for Battle Rope - Battle Rope of Length 4.5 Mtrs having diameter of 102 mm.Should have a steelRing anchored to the ground around whichlength of both ends of therope should be 4.5 m , Chin Bar (High & Low both in one set) - The diameter of High Side Pole will be1.5 and Height of the High Pole is 2.75 mtr from ground level, distance between bothhigh pole will be 2.40 mtr and diameter of linked pole will be 28 mm. The height of lov• pole willbe 2 mtr from ground level with diameter 1.5” and the diameter of the linked pole of high and lowpole will be 28 mm , Cross Fit Handwalk - The length of the handwalk will be 20’ and height of sidepole on both side ends will be 9 and distance between two side pole will be 8. Gap betweenthe side and center 2 poles should be 8 and height of center pole will be 12’. Gap betweenboth center poles will be 4 ft with width of 8 ft. One side of the hand walk will have metalRings at alternate heights with diameter of 28 mm for side movement. , High & Low Hurdles (04 Hurdles in one set) - The high and low pipe should bemade of GI metal the height of low hurdle will be 75 cm from ground level and the distance with the two pole should be 1.20 m. Height of the High pole will be 85 cm and dist betweenboth pole will be 1.20 m from the ground level. , Step Upof 4 steps each - The Step ups contains 4 blocks of height 3, 2.5, 2and 1. The area of each block should be 2 x 2’. Should have str to take 150 Kg and termite proof all weather material. , Polymetric Box - It is a lower body workout made up of polyometric box. The area of the plyometric box workout should be L= 30 B = 20 H = 24. Should have str to take 150 Kgand termite proof all weather material. , Low parallel Bar - The height of the low parallel bar will be 16 inch and thedistance between the pole is 18 inch and the total length between the side poles should be59 inch. , Inclined Sit Upbench - the inclined bench should be height of 2 ft and adjustable to1.5 ft. the le.
