Directorate General Defence Estates has published Tender For Replacement And Installation Of 17 Old Unserviceable Air Conditioner Of Cantt Board Roorkee; 1 REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF 17 OLD UNSERVICEABLE AIR CONDITIONER OF CANTT BOARD ROORKEE 2 Labour and transport for Taking out Window/Split type Air conditioner of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete cooling coil & condenser coil with chemical base solution and water including servicing, oiling, greasing complete air conditioner checking of blower motor, electrical connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.(If any spare is required to replaced the same to be measured and paid separately under supply only item). 3 Copper pipe suitable for connection of window / split AC of size 1/4 or 3/8 (inch) with insulation slleve Foam Heat insulation complete all as specified and directed. 4 Copper pipe suitable for connection of window / split AC of size 1/2 or 5/8 (inch) with insulation slleve Foam Heat insulation complete all as specified and directed. Including Chasse cutting and pointing & painting to match the existing tint colour. 5 Window type air conditioner 1.5 Ton capacity of Voltas, Carrier, Blue Star, 5 Star complete all as specified and directed. 6 Window type air conditioner 2 Ton capacity of Voltas, Carrier, Blue Star, 3 Star complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F sheet metal enclosure with metal clad socket and earth plug with one number MCB SP of size 20/32 Amp c series, single phase including connecting complete all as specified of Voltas, Carrier andBlue Star. 8 S&F sheet metal enclosure with metal clad socket and earth plug with one number MCB TPN 32 Amp, Three phase & Nutral including connecting complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for sub main wiring along with earth wire with FRLS insulated copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 25mm concealed in wall/ floor etc including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- (Note: Three runs of copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length) 10 2 runs x 4 sqmm (Ph & N) + 1 run x 4 sqmm (earth wire). 11 2 runs x 6 sqmm (Ph & N) + 1 run x 6 sqmm (earth wire). 12 3 pin plug top one way 5 Amp, 240V complete all as specified and directed. 13 3 pin plug top 15 Amp, 240V complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply, install, testing and commisioning of split type Air conditioner (Hot & cold Mode function) with copper tubing coils of capacity 1.5TR dual invertor type compressor Non CFC complete with indoor, outdoor unit and complete accessories BEE 5 star rated including cordless remote control unit with inbuilt filter for better indoor air quality cooling completeall as specified and directed.Note:(a)Copper pipes with insulation material from indoor unit to outdoor unit, PVC clamps, outdoor unit MS stand powder coated with nut,bolts & fasteners complete and water drain pipe from indoor unitto floor level, including necessary PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper power control cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit and indoor unit to voltage stabilizer deemed to be included in quoted rate.(b)Making hole on wall for copper
