Development Authority has published Supply Installation Testing And Commissioning Of Decorative Poles-Heritage Poles-2 Dismantling Brick/ Tile Work Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.Cement mortar 3 Excavation for Structures Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material Upto 3 m depth 4 Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 R.C.C. grade M 25 5 Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First revision2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6 6 Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 (For height upto 5 m) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed) 7 Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 8 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) 9 Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required. 10 Supply of one number PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4x16sq mm size 11 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35sqmm 12 Supply, installation, testing, comissioning anderection in true vertical position of 8.0 Mtr twin Arm decorative heritage pole with two nos 120-130 W led decorative Luminaires suitable for instalation on the existing foundation as per given specification in Bid annexures inculding MCB, trailing cable & other complete accessories, foundation bolts, etc as per required.all complete material. 13 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 16 (28mm) sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 14 Provision of GI pipe earthing for 8mtr decorative heritage pole with 2.0 M long 50mm dia GI Pipe including connection to pole earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials, chemical bag and labour, etc. .
