Zila Panchayat has published Tender For Cc Work From District Panchayat Road To Interlocking Road Via Shiv Mandir Dakshin Pura In Village Gomdeh - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. 2 Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mountedgrader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M 10 Nominal mix (1:3:6) 6 Providing concrete for reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203R.C.C grade M 25 7 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 8 Construction of unreinforced ,dowel jointed at expension construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design ,over a prepared subbase with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 GRADE ,coarse and fine aggregate conferming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight bathcher using approved mixed design, laid in approved fixed side form work(steel channel ,laying and fixing of 125micron thick polytheen film, wedges,steel plate including levelling the form work),spreeding the cincrete with shovel,rakes ,compacted using needles,screed and plate vibrator and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion,construction joint,applyinf debonding streips ,primer,sealants,dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joint ,admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slab for 14th day curing (where specified) and water finshing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specfication clause 1501 9 Supplying and Fixing of Sign Board .
