Zila Panchayat has published Tender For Repair Work Of The Link Road From Village Kashi Prasad Kheda To Village Bhaiya Kheda - Clearing & Grubbing Road Land Including Uprooting Wild Vegetation,Grass,Bushes,Shrubs,Saplings and Trees of Girth upto 300 MM Removal of Stumps of Such Trees cut Earlier and disposal of Unserviceable Materials and Stacking of Serviceable Material to be used or Auctioned upto a Lead of 1000 M Including Removal and Disposal of Top Organic Soil not Exceeding 150 MM in thickness as Per Technical Specification Clause 201 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,Stone Screening Material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 Brick Edging/Soling with Straight Over Burnt Bricks (Class-275) Laid on Edge on both side of road including all labour T&P.as per technical specification Clause-412 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 5 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G-10 Bitumen using distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508. (By Mechnical Means) 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (By Mechnical Means) 8 Construction of Un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade),Coarse and fine aggrigates confirming to IS:383, curing compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1501. 9 Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 10 S/F Of Sign Board .
