Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has published Tender For Construction Of Shamshan Ghat / Cemetery In Village Tirthali Kheda ,Yea Wc-6 - 1 Pumping out water by Diesel pump of dischargecapacity of 4000 Its per hour including fueloperatorsuction & delivery pipes of size 4 X4 -length 150 mtras per direction of Engineer in Charge 2 Desilting of ponds under liqid mud and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. as per direction by E/l as per site 3 Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil in all of foundation trenches including dressing of the side and ramming of bottom. Lifts upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. 4 Supply of Good Earth work , banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonnes roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, all leads as per (A.R. ) For all kind of soil 5 Cement concrete with 4cm Guage Approved Stone ballast , Coarse Sand& Cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including Supply of all material, Labour, Tools & Plants etc required for Proper completion of the work. UPPWD/SOR/281/P-17 6 concrete with 2cm Guage Stone grit , Coarse Sand& Cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including Supply of all material, Labour, Tools & Plants etc required for Proper completion of the work. UPPWD/SOR/279a/P-17 7 Providing and laying in position Specified Grade ofreinforced cement Concrete, Excluding the Cost ofCentering, Shuttering, Finishing and reinforcement - all work up to plinth level: (Cast In Situ)1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregete 20mm Nominal Size). 8 Reinforced Cement concrete work in walls (any Thickness ), including attatched Pilasters, Buttresses, plinth and String courses , fillets , columns, pillars piers, abutments , posts and struts etc. upto Floor V Level, Excluding the cost of Centring , Shuttring, Finishing and Reinforcement: (Cast in situ)1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregete 20mm Nominal Size). 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: (a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. 10 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. 11 Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts. 12 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand of ( 2.20 fineness modulous) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants. ect. required for proper completion of work .UPPWD/SOR/303+(305) 13 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to Plinth Level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars 14 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 15 Steel work welded in builtup sections/ framed work, including cutting , hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming Coat of Approved steel primer using Structural Steel etc. as Required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 16 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 17 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.l. limpet washers or with G.l. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00mm thick with zinc Coating not less than 275gm/m2 18 Supplying and sand Filling in plinth with jamuna sand under Floors, including waering, ramming Consolidating and dressing Complete. 19 Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 110 on a bed of earth including filling compressed, with M-110 bricks. (DAR/11.2/AR/YEIDA/Based on UPPWD/SOR-2020) 20 Providing and laying 60mm thick I.S.I. mark factory made cement concrete interlocking concrete paver block made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design, shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including average 50mm thick compacted bed coarse sand and filling the joints with fine sand all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with conforming to IS- 15658 and IRC:SP:63. 21 Supply and fixing of Indiamark Handpump including making chabutara of dia 2mtr and 45mtr lowering (depth) and Pvc assembling, Blinding Pipe strainer and 63mm/110mm dia PVC Pipe etc. (Pressure 6.0kg/cmsqr) including all labour & material and T&P complete as required as per direction of engineer-in charge.
