Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited has published Tender for Street Furniture/ Layout Maps/ Lane Guide Maps/ Signageat I.A Ramnagar Phase-I & II Distt. Chandauli - SIGNAGE SECTOR (OVER HEAD SIGNAGE) 2 Providing and fixing Non-illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer- in- Charge. All exterior signs should be manufactured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used.Sign face:Providing and fixing sign face panels 4mm thick ACP sheet fabrication, Aluminium sheet fixed to horizontal structural truss. White retro-reflective vinylpasted over edge to edge aluminium sheet. Graphics in plotter cut RAL 5013 exterior grade opaque vinyl pasted over white retroreflective vinyl.Sign Frame (Spanning Truss):Providing and fixing sign frame (Horizontal Spanning truss) in M.S. square section hot dipped galvanized as per drawing. Frame to be directly fixed to the sign structure. Frame to receive the sign faces.Sign Structure:Providing a Square Sign post of 300 x 300 mm, 5.4mm thick MS hollow sections including welded Base plate in 8mm thick MS Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick MSPlate as per drawing with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete footing. The post shall be closed with a 6 mm thick MS plate and parts kept unpainted to weld the sign structure as per the drawing to ensure a rigid connection at site. The entire post assembly shall be hot dipped galvanized and P.U. Painted to match RAL 9006 as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-charge. Cost to include all activities and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, shim Plates for adjustment of levels and filling the gap with concrete slurry etc. required for fixing the sign in an external location. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contractor. Spanning truss shall be designed for each Mounting square section span and the wind loads. Foundation: Providing and laying foundation for the sign including its compaction and allactivities like Excavation, PCC base layer, providing and fixing in position electrical connection wherever applicable and finished as per drawing. The item costncludes cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign 3 DOUBLEPOLE SIGNAGE POLE HEIGHT8 METER 4 ROAD TRAFFIC SIGN BOARD 5 Pole Mounted Exterior Sign:- Supply, Fabrication, Assembling & Installing in position, Pole mounted signage, Display made in MS angle and ACP ( Aluminium composite panel ) covered with approved content and of required size and mounted on SS SHS 120x120x3 mm Single pole of specified height with 300x300x 12 mm thick base plate and gusset plates and RCC foundation, Earth work, finished in powder coating of approved shade with required text alphabets in Punjabi & English as instructed in graphic shadule in fonts of indicated height made in retro lit outdoor vinyle including fixing & all jointry work & required accessories such as SS studs, screws, reverse screws, nut, bolt,warshers,rivits,tapes,anchors,provision of level & joint adjustment features for alingment,necessary scaffolding/ staging for all heights leads & levels ect required to complete the work as per approved shop drawings, signage shadule, technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 6 PANEL WITH 80 MM DEPTH AND POLE HEIGHT OF 4000 MM ( PARKING/SPEED LIMIT/ NO HORN/NO PARKING/PEDSESTRAIN/ SPPED BREAKER/ ASSEMBLY POINT) .
