(i) Boiler side - 50 Nos.(ii) Turbine Side- 40 Nos. 3 Complete Overhauling, Calibration, testing and Re- commissioning of Pressure Gauges. (i) Boiler side - 165 Nos.(ii) Turbine Side- 200 Nos. 4 Complete Overhauling, Calibration, testing and Re-commissioning of Level Switches at site with termination of cable at both end with proper ferruling and dressing.(Levcon/ V-Automat). (i) Boiler side - 10 Nos.(ii) Turbine Side- 20 Nos. 5 Overhauling and servicing of B-501/B-601/ SS/ cock valve/Forged body/Union & isolating Valves.(i) Boiler side – 130 Nos.(ii) Turbine side – 160 Nos. 6 Complete Overhauling, cleaning & making them perfectly sealed by gasket & gland, Replacement of T.B, ferrule and lugs of Junction Boxes/LIR/LIE.(i) Turbine side – 70 Nos.(ii) Boiler side- 90 Nos. 7 Complete overhauling, testing, Calibration and Re-commissioning of digital Indicators (Pyrotech/ Electromed / Others Make). 8 Cleaning, Overhauling and Testing ofPA flow measurement system, Differential pressure measurement system, Inlet pressure measurement system in all 06 Bowl Mill including work in all Impulse line upto Transmitters, Drain pipes and its purge air system 9 Cleaning, Overhauling and Testing of Secondary air Flow Measurement system (Left/Right) and Fabrication of Equalizing points if required. 10 Cleaning and blowing of tapping points of different pressure/ D.P transmitters/Switches after opening it associated pipeline. 11 Complete Overhauling of Drum level Hydra step System (Left/Right) in all respect. 12 Replacement of B-501/ Bar stock valve-Needle/3 way KTK/Forged body/Union & isolating Valves as per site requirement. 13 Complete Installation and commissioning of Displacer type Transmitter at Hot well /GSC both electrically and Mechanically in all respect. 14 Complete Installation and commissioning of Oval wheel Meter (LDO Flow meter) both electrically and mechanically in all respect. 15 Replacement/rerouting/Restoration of impulse line pertaining to different Transmitter, Pr switches, Pressure Gauges and Valves as per side requirement. 16 Replacement of instrument fitting, adopter, nut & tails, Elbow connector etc. 17 Patrolling/ Laying of control cable of size 2C to 20 C x 0.5mm to 1.5 mm as per site requirement. 18 Complete overhauling, testing and commissioning of oil pressure drop relay (OPDR). 19 Complete overhauling, testing and commissioning of condenser Vacuum switch. 20 Cleaning & painting of different JBs .
