Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited has published Overhauling Kit For 01 No 245 Kv Abb Make Circuit Breakers At 220 Kv S / S Nanuta-1.01 Overhauling And Replacement Of Overhauling Kit For Drive Mechenism Of 245 Kv Abb Inclides, Fully Discharge The Closing Spring In The Operating Mechanism By Cracking So That Operating Link Relases From Closing Catch Gear, Cleaning The Mechanism Housing By Vaccum Cleaner And Then Wipe It, Inspect The Bearing And Sealing Rings, Loosen The Bolt And Dismantle The Outer Lever From The Operating Shaft, Remove The Circlip, Pullout The Operating Shot And Bushing That Held The Sealing Rings In Piston By Means Of Two Bolts, Replace The Sealing Rings In The Bushing And Lubricate With Grease, Fill The Space Between Sealing Rings With Grease, Refit The Shaft Through The Inner Operating Lever And Press In The Bushing With Its Sealing Rings. Fit The Felt Washer, Circlip And Outer Lever, Opening Of Dashport, Closing Catch Gear, Opening Catch Gear And Limit Switch Of For Charging Circuit Assembly. Trip Arm Linkage With Needle Bearing Then Replace The New Kit ( Provided By The Department ) I.E.
