Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited has published Providing & fixing of Cooling fan on 132/33 KV 40 MVA Transformer-I (BHEL make) at 132 KV S/S Musafirkhana-Amethi under ETD Sultanpur as detailed under:- Providing & fixing of 3 Phase 415 volt 50 Hz, 0.5 Hp swipe size 18" RPM 800/900. F type insulation, heavy duty Transformer cooling fan with guard mesh for 132/33 KV BHEL make 40 MVAT/F installed at 132 KVS/S Musafirkhana-Amethi. Fabrication of Cooling fan structure of MS channel 150 x 50 x 50 mm and MS Angle 75 x 75 mm suitable for mounting of said T/F cooling fan for 40 MVA T/F in section of radiators cooling banks including measuring, cutting, drilling, electric welding of MS channel/ Angle and also carry out two point earthling of cooling bank structure by 50/6mm earthing strip. The scope of work also includes fixing mounting of frame and cooling fan on the fabricated structure. Wiring of fans and other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily after checking the performance of the fans after connecting proper supply. All skilled labour, tools, special T&P. electric welding machine & material shall be provided by the Providing and Fixing of contactor, relay and its wiring Circuit For controlling of Transformer cooling fan on existing marshaling box. Cooling fan control circuit designed for auto/manual operation. The following items are to be fixed in the existing Marshelling Box i.e. 3 phase, 415 Volt, 20 Amp. contactor and block unit with OLR, (Standard make like Siemens or C&S etc.of any other equivalent make), 10 Amp. Kitkat, HRC fuse unit with 20 amp AC 3 way auto/manual selector switch etc. of standard make in the existing marshaling box. The wiring should be of 2.5mm PVC copper wire with colour coding, lugs & ferrules etc.All skilled labour, tools, special T&P, electric welding machine & material shall be Providing & fixing of single phase preventer in both groups of fan of minilac/L&T make including cost of all required material, spl.
