(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Rate as per DAR 6.1.1 6 Chequrred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard , jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to math the shade of tiles , including rubbing and cleaning on 20 mm thick of cement mortor 1:4(1 cement and 4 Coarse sand) dark shade pigment using white cement.
