Rural Engineering Department has published Tender For Cc Road Construction Work In Ghuisarnath Dham - Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil inclunding with all complete. Including royalty as per S.I. No. 251 3 Cement concrete with 4cm (1½) gauge brick ballast fine local sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in poroportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper work completion. as per S.I. No. 273 4 First class/Class 150 brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in Superstructure including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc. required for proper completion work. S.I. No. 305(a) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and comapcting stone aggregates of 53-22.4mm size to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denisity Grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405 (3) A 6 Construction plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeidng 25mm, mixed in concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the from work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate virbrators and finished in continuous operation. admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound [where specified] and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1500] .
