Rural Engineering Department has published Tender For Civil Pakka Civil Work Earth work in cutting or in inbankment in ordinary soil excuvation to be form of regular pit .e.t.c As per S.I No253 2 Excuvation in foundation in ordinary soil (lome clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50m and lead up to 30 m .e.t.c As per S.I No251 3 Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded materials,sprading in uniform layers with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipement on perpared surface mixing by mix in place mathod with rotavator at OMC,And compacting with smooth wheel roller to achived the desired density,compleate as per Techinical Specification Clause 401 4 Providing, laying and compacting of stone aggregates of45-63 mm sizeto water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller80-100KN in stagesto proper grade and camber appling and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate,watring and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per PWD Specification. 5 Providing, laying and compacting of stone aggregates of53-22.4 mm sizeto water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller80-100KN in stagesto proper grade and camber appling and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate,watring and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per PWD Specification. 6 Providing and applying prime caot with SS emulson/Bitumen usingbitumen emulsion pressure distributor (@0.750Kg) per Sqm. 7 Providing and laying tack caot with bitumen using usingemulsion pressure distributor (@0.35Kg) per Sqm. 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumin or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared e.t.c 9 Providing, laying Seal coat by Mechanical means with Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C. as per Technical Specification 510 10 Earth work in cutting or in inbankment in ordinary soil excuvation to be form of regular pit .e.t.c As per S.I No253 11 Brick edging on both side of road with 1st class bricks 8cm wide12cm deep laid mud mortar including all materials labour T&P e.t.c complete. 12 Supply and fixing Hectometer Stone 13 Earth work in cutting in foundation trench As per S.I No 251 14 P.C.C In 1:4:8 concreet in cement and fine sand and 40mm O.B.B As per S.I No 275 15 Sand fillingin plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not execding 8 km from the site of work and including watering dressing e.t.c rate includes cost of all materials labours and T&P e.t.c required for proper compleation of the work As per S.I.No-255 16 Supplyof N.P-3 450mm dia R.C.C Spun PipeI.S.IMarked as per IS458-2003 . 17 Cost oflabour for laying 3.0no 450mm dia pipe .
