Rural Engineering Department has published Tender For Under District Lucknow, Construction Of Public Stage And Tin Shed At Maharaja Tikan Nath Pasi Fort Park In Village Patti Dhilwasi In Bakshi Ka Talab - Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundations trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed soil as directed,within a lead of 50m all kind of soil etc (2.8.1) 3 P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand zone-III derived from natural sources :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size dervied from natural sources etc. (4.1.8) 4 P/L in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto plinth level1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand zone-III derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc. (5.1.2) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form for foundation, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete etc. (5.9.1) 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form for lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc. (5.9.5) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Columns, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc. (5.9.6) 8 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses,fillets, columns,pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc above plinth level up to floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 coarse sand zone-iii derived from natural sources :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources etc. (5.2.2) 9 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more etc (As per DSR 5.22.6) 10 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: cement moratr 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc. (6.1.1) 11 Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundations trenches,plinth, sides of foundations etc complete for all lift etc (As per DSR 2.25a) 12 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.(2.27) 13 Providing & injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pitswall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external perimer of binding expansion joints, surroundings of pipes and conduit etc complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measuredas per I.S. 6313 (part-II 1981) Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as hepthachlor or chlordance will be used.The rate of applications of chemical emulsion shall be as follows:- 1) Treatment for masonry & foundation 5ltr. Per Sqm... 2) back fill in immediate contract with foundation 7.5 ltr. per Sqm... 3) Tratment of top surface of plinth filling 5ltr. per Sqm... 4) Treatment of soil along external periMeter of building 7.5 ltr.per Sqm...5) Treatment of soil under apron along external periMeter 5ltr. per Sqm...PWD SOR 1 GONDA,CH-8,SR.NO.-1 14 Steel work in built up tubular (round,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete hot finished welded type tubes etc (10.16.1) 15 Providing and Fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (Size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by EIC) .50 mm (+ .05% ) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. sheet should have protective gaurd film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportaion and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by EIC. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM Seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (12.50) 16 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc (13.4.2) 17 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete etc (As per DSR 13.80) 18 Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm.) etc. (As per DSR 13.46.1) 19 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement,including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate etc (11.3) 20 P/F glass strips in joints of terrazo/cement concrete floors 40 mm wide and 4mm thick etc. (11.13) 21 Supply and fixing of Information stone as directed by Engineer-in charge. .
