Rural Engineering Department has published Tender For Reconstruction Work Of The Road From Rasipur Patel Basti To Rampur Pitch Road. - Earth work filling on roadI/C all material labour T&P proper complition to the work . As per Analysis 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing , laying spreading and compacting stone Agrigatesof specificsizes to water bound macadam specificationincluding spreading in uniform thickness , handpacking ,rolling ,with three wheel 80-100 kn static Rollar in stage of proper grade and camber , applying and brooming stone screening /binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggrigates ,watring and compacting to the required density Grading -3 as per Technical Sprcification clause 405 5 Brick edgeing on both side of road with 1st class brick 8cm(3) wide 12cm (4.5) deep laide with mud morter including all Material Labour T & P ETC complite .S.I.no765 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 7 Providing and applying tack coat withEmulsion (RS1) usingdistributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular urface treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(iii) 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm - to 11.2 mm size of aggregates Mix Ratio 2:1either using penetration grade bitumen or Emulsion totherequired line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on the reviously prepared base,I/C mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with three smooth wheeled rollar 80-100 Tonne capacity and finishing to required level as per Tech. specification clause. 508 (by Mechanical Mean ) 9 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 ( By Machenical Mean ) 10 Earth work filling on road I/C all material labour T&P proper complition to the work .
