Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad has published Tender For Construction Work Of Link Road From Rampur Gauhania Minor To Chirauli Prime Minister Road. Length 1.20 Km - Earth in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Sl. No. 253 ) 2 Construction of Grangular Sub-base by providing well graded material, Mixing in a uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mixeer in place method with rotavator at omc. And compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 A 3 Providing , laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-0100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 4 Providing , laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-0100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3as per Technical Specification Clause 405 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means . 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on theprepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503 7 Providing, laying and rollingof open graded mix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration gradebitumen or imulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on apreviously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of typeCas per Technical specification clause 508 8 Providing, and laying sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall usingtypeCas per Technical specification clause 510 9 Brick edging on both sides of the road with M-150 bricks 8 cm wide and 11.5 cm deep laid with mud mortar including cost of bricks all labour finished to be required template and in proper alignment T&P and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (SINo. 765) 10 Brick soling pavement with straight over burnt bricks laid on edge and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed cambor and filling joint with local earth spreading blinding coat of 1 cm depth of local earth over the entire surface including cost of brick labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as per direction of E/I. 11 Supply & laying of 350 mm dia N.P.-3 R.C.C.Hume pipes with required collors including loading, unloading,cartage upto site.Including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.as per direction of E/I.Jointing of pipes shall be with 1:2 cement and course sand mortor. 12 Providing and fixing of Mild steel sign board as per drawing design including writing of details as specified by Engineer in charge. including supply of all materials, labour T&P, cartage upto site complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per direction of E/I. 13 Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations and pipes in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. lead upto 50 M. and dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge within a lead of 50 M. (S.I.No. 251) 14 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 find sand : 12 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Including supply of all material, labour, T&P, curing, cost of formwork complete in all respect in foundation and under floors. (S.I. No.273) 15 M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarsesand of 1.25 fineness modules mortor in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc .complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 Supply and laying and fixing of 600 mm dia NP-3 R.C.C. Hume pipe with required collors including loading, unloading, cartage upto site. Supply of all materials all labour. T&P etc. and also including all other taxes/charges for proper completion of work as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Jointing of pipes shall be with 1:2 cement and course sand mortar. 17 Struck pointing over brick work with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 sand) including cost of all materials labour and T&P curing etc. required for proper completion of the work. 18 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Including supply of all material, labour, T&P, curing, cost of formwork complete in all respect in foundation and under floors. 19 Maintenance of Second Year (@ 1.00% ) 20 Maintenance of Third Year (@ 1.50% ) 21 Maintenance of Fourth Year (@ 2.00% ) 22 Maintenance of Fifth Year (@ 3.00% ) .
