Wire (4 mm 8 SWG) 12 11 KV top channel 13 11 KV S/S angle 14 11 KV fuse set 15 11 KV pin insulator with pin 16 11 KV V Type X arm 17 F Bracket 18 ACSR Weasel conductor 19 ACSR dog conductor 20 Earthing complete 21 TPMO SET 22 Stay Set Complete 23 The excavation of 2 nos. foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. nGrouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). nMaking plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. nAll work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification. 24 The excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of ST 11/13 mtr. long Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP/LT clamp, F-Bracket, LT shacle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. nGrouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). nIn case of ST Pole making Plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. nAll work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification. 25 Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 26 Painting of Pole with Aluminium paint & Red oxide paint provided by contractor 27 Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO norms. 28 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor for LT/HT Line with fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size as per required. 29 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ABC (3X120+100) Sq.mm. Cable of 11 KV Line with fixing of required accesiories 30 Errection of Cable Jointing Kit FOR 11 KV ABC (3X120+100) Sq.mm. Cable 31 Fabrication, errection, commissioning & Testing of T/F on Double Pole with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All necessary materials such as Holding clamp, Al.Lugs (Confirming to IS 8309), Nuts & Bolts will be supplied by the Contractor. 32 Chemical earthing of Transformer (Body+Neutral) as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification 33 Errection of TPMO and Fuse set .
