Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited has published For The Work Against Sanction Package Under Deposit Scheme For The Work Against Sanction Package 04 / 2020-21 And 05 / 2020-21-2 Loading, unloading and Carriage of following material from Store Centre, Gorakhpur to work site:-11/0.4 KV 63 KVA Transformer- 2 No., ST Pole 11 Mtr long- 22 Nos., PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr.- 13 Nos., ABC (3X120+1X95+1X16) Sq.mm. -0.670 Km., Stay Complete with 5 kg. stay wire- 11 Nos., ACSR Weasel Conductor - 4.770 Km., 11 KV Pin Insulator with fitting- 60 Nos., 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting- 30 Nos., Sub station base Angle- 4 No., 11 KV Dropper Angle- 04 Nos., 11 KV Top Channel- 02 No., 11 KV T-off - 10 No., Guarding Angle - 25 Nos., 11 KV V Type X arm- 15 Nos., G.I. Wire 8 SWG- 313 Kg., 11 KV Fuse Set - 2 Nos., Earthing Complete- 22 Nos., 3 Fabrication & erection of substation Double Pole structure on 11 mtr. Long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories required such as Top Channel, Pin insulator etc including digging of pit 2 mtr. as well as grouting and plinthing of ST Pole (Size of the pole plinth is kept as 450x450 mm x depth and height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top) with 1:4:8 CC ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely (As per RESPO norms). All required materials such as Holding clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc. will be provided by the contractor. 4 Fabrication & erection of single 11 mtr. Long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories required including digging of pit depth 1/6 of the length of pole as well as grouting and plinthing of ST Pole (Size of the pole plinth is kept as 450x450 mm x depth and height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top) with 1:4:8 CC ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely (As per RESPO norms). All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, F-Bracket, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. 5 Fabrication & erection of single 8.5 mtr. Long PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories required including digging of pit depth 1/6 of the length of pole as well as grouting of PCC Pole (Size of the pole grouting is kept as 450x450 mm x depth and upto ground level) with 1:4:8 CC ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely (As per RESPO norms). All required materials such as LT clamp, Shackle insulator, Nuts & Bolts etc will be provided by the contractor. 6 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor of LT/HT Line with providing and fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor 7 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ABC (3X120+1X95+1X16) Sq.mm. Cable of LT Line with providing and fixing of Distribution Box with Clamp, Insulated Dead end clamp with I hook, Suspension clamp with I hook(Insulated), LT insulated Piercing connector insulated, XLPE 1X35 Sq.mm. Al. cable for enerzing DB, XLPE 1X16 Sq.mm. Al. cable for giving connection to Street Light and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor. (Distribution box shall be made from 20 SWG CRCA sheet by Deep Drown metod with poer coating & size of box shall be 418 mm X 300mm X 120 mm (Roof of the box shall be tapered on both sides to drain the rain water), Clamps & connector shall confirm to IS: 5561, Phase and street lighting conductor confirming to IS 14255:1995, IS 8130:1984 & IS 398:1979) 8 Painting of Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. Paint will be provided by contractor 9 Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO norms. 10 Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 11 Fabrication, errection, commissioning & testing of 63 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All neessary materials such as Holding clamp, Al.Lugs, Nuts & Bolts will be supplied by the Contractor. 12 Chemical earthing of Transformer (Body+Neutral) as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification 13 Gardel type guarding of 11 KV Line with G.I. wire 8 SWG including fixing of guarding angle 14 Erection of Fuse Set 15 Dismantling of old existing weasel conductor and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled material from work site to departmental store 16 Dismantling of old existing Pole and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled material from work site to departmental store 17 Erection of Fuse Set 18 .
