Public Works Department has published Tender For Reconstruction Work Of Nahali Road From Nawada Kheda Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam Grading -2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grade 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS2 on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also includinglabour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue 502. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue(SI.NO. 503). 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Bitumen required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling witha three wheele80-100kn static roller capacity,finished to required level and gradesto be followed by Type-C seal coat. Including supply of all MaterialLabour, T&P etc also includinglabour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per Technical Specification Clause. 508. 6 Providing and laying Type-C seal coat with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per technical specification clause 510. 7 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 8 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 Bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of Brics finished to the required templet and in proper alignment and also including Drassing and ramming the Excavated earth by the Engineer- Incharge .
