Public Works Department has published Tender For Special Repair Work Of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya To Nangla Order Road - Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue(SI.NO. 503). 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Bitumen required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling witha three wheele80-100kn static roller capacity,finished to required level and gradesto be followed by Type-C seal coat. Including supply of all MaterialLabour, T&P etc also includinglabour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per Technical Specification Clause. 508. 4 Providing and laying Type-C seal coat with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per technical specification clause 510. 5 Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expension and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregates and exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriateweigh batcher usingapproved mix design ,laid in approved fixedside from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedges,steel platesincluding levelling the form work as per drawing),spreading the concretewith shovels ,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of complete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause (1501) 6 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 7 Brick on edge pavement with straight over burnt brick with bricks laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading layer of 1cm (3/8) depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all material, labour tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
