Kalpana/SIR/Eq. make 4 SITC of Fire Fighting RRL Hose Pipe, 63mm dia, ISI marked IS: 636 type “A”, tested to a bursting pressure of 3.6kg/cm2 with stainless steel male & female coupling duly bound with cooper/SS wire, 15 M long Newage/Eq. make 5 SITC of Fire 180 degree full swing Hose reel drum, fixing brackets, 5 mm dia shut off Stainless steel nozzle, connecting directly from the riser through 40mm dia.MS (Class C) pipewith sockets, elbows, nipples, 40x20 mm reducer, 20 dia pipe, 20 mm dia.hand lever operated isolating ball valve, etc.including providing operating instructions on a metal plate and fixing it near hose reel.Newage/eq. make 6 Refilling of ABC Dry Powder Type Fire Extinguisher Cap-4/5/6 Kg As per IS 2190:2010 including painting,Validity receipt, pressure testing, replacement of washer , valve , pressure gauge , discharge hose etc. 7 Refilling of CO2Type Fire Extinguisher Cap-4.5/5Kg As per IS 2190:2010 including painting, Validity receipt,Pressure testing replacement of washer , valve , pressure gauge , discharge hose etc. 8 Dismentling,Installing and Repairing/Servicing of 450 LPM (7.5Hp) Terrace pump and oiling greasing of pump valves, replacement of minor parts like pressure gauge, PRV, etc. including all accessories/material/rewinding of motor and labour complete as required as per the direction of the enginner in charge. 9 Maintenance/Repair and testing of Downcomer 100 mm diameter andLength 350 mtr (lumpsum) From terrace pump to the landing valve outlets including replacement of all faulty fittings like Tees, bend, flange, nut-bolt, paint, gasket,welding, jointng, fixing, painiting, dismentling with one coat of red oxide metal primer & two coat of P.U. (POLYURETHANE) based red enamel paint etc. 10 SITC of Manual cubical type floor mounted fire pump control Starter panel upto 10 hp, three phase , 450V fabricated from 16 gauge M.S. sheet duly painted with stove enameled finish of approved make and shade (L&T/Eq. make) 11 Repair, maintenance and testing of existing Hydrant valve comprising of 80mm diameter, Flange diameter 63mm to avoid the leakage, replacement of gland,rubber gasket,bolts nuts, Handle (S.S.), washer,Male blank cap, female adopdor (S.S.) ,G.I. chain etc as required. 12 SITC of Manual call point boxes of MS construction in surface/recess with Stainless steel chain and hammer assembly complete with glass and push button etc. as required. Agni/Eq. make 13 SITC of fire alarm sounder with facality to make anouncement, mounted in MS box (16SWG) with hinge cover plate and suitable for operation with amplifier i/c line matching transformer etc. complete as required.
