Public Works Department has published Tender For Special Repair Of Reqwaredih Link Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregateof specifie size to water boundmacadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packingRolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 knin stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming screening material type B 11.2mm s/aggt to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityas per Technical Specification Clause 405 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion( Hincol) (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .Technical Specification Clause 503. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm Thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm Aggregates bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared baseincluding mixing in a suitable plant/mixol laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per .Technical Specification Clause 508. 5 Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-C as per technical specification Clause 510. 6 Cement concrete pavement:Construction of plain cement concrete pavemont thickness 15 cm, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clauso 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade) coarse sand fine aggregatges conforming to IS.383. maximum size of coarse aggregate not excooding 25mm. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.1 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batchor using approved mxi design. laid in approved fixed side formwork & 125 micron thickness polythene film including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with sholvels rakes compacted using meedle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion curing of concrete slabs for 14 days curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specififcation clause 1501 .
