Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has published Tender For Work For Line Maintenance Under Edd-Ii Baruat; Loading/transporting of pole from storage centre/Baghpat/Meerut to site for replacing broken/damaged LT/HT PCC/STP and installing new pole, digging pit and erecting pole, putting clamp, cross arm, insulator etc. on pole and sagging of wires and starting power supply. (Grouting of poles Loading/transporting of poles from storage centre/Baghpat/Meerut to the site for installation of new pole (PCC/STP) in mid span for raising the hanging wires/AB cables at the site, erecting poles by digging pit, installing clamps, cross arms, insulators etc. on the pole and sagging the wires and starting the power supply. Strengthening of slanting poles by filling gravel/boulder/packing at the base and tightening the staywire to straighten the pole Work. Work of cutting/pruning the branches of trees covering LT/11kV/33kV line and restarting the power supply through clear line. Removing the damaged cable box of 33kV/11kV cable from the pole, cutting it, peeling the cable and removing the carbon and filling it with new cable box and restarting the power supply (Cable box charges are payable by the department) Chemical earthing work as per requirement.
