Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has published Running Contract For Edd-Deoband-2 Safe cartage of ST/ PCC poles up to 8..5/11 Mtr. from ESC, SRE/JE store to site of work at various sites including loading & unloading at both ends.(Dist.Up to 25 Km.) 3 Safely cartage of other complete line material (Except PCC /ST Poles) from ESC, SRE JE store to site of work at various sites including loading, unloading at both ends. ( Dist.App. 0 to 25 Km.) 4 Erection of single support on ST/ PCC poles up to 8.5/11 Mtr Long with complete fitting of all accessories of 11 KV/LT line.as per RESPO specification. 5 Fixing of 11 KV stay rods by digging of pits in block of 600X600X300 mm. & with new brick and nozzling of stay wire 7/10 SWG and fitting the same on the pole 6 Providing & fixing of LT clamp with nuts bolts made of new MS flat iron 50x6 mm on PCC poles as per RESPO specification. 7 Providing of LT shekel insulator of size 100x115mm 8 Providing of nuts & bolts for LT shekel insulator of size 180x19mm half threading. 9 Providing & fixing of X-arm holding clamps PCC /ST poles with nuts bolts made of new MS flat iron 50x6 mm as per RESPO specification. 10 Providing & fixing of F-brackets PCC /ST poles with nuts bolts made of new MS flat iron 50x6 mm on PCC poles as per RESPO specification. 11 Laying, lifting, Stringing, sagging jumpring & binding of for 11KV/LT Line as per RESPO specification including complete. nA-ACSR Weasel/Rabbit Conductor 12 Safely removal of 160 KVA T/F from the plinth after opening HT & LT connection and with shifitng the T/F from the site to ESC, SRE/JE Store with loading & unloading at both ends. 13 Safe cartage of 250 KVA T/F from ESC, SRE, to the site of work including loading & unloading at both ends.(Distance 0 to 25 km.) 14 Construction of plinth for installation of 250 KVA T/F of size 1.5x1.5x1.5 Mtr. made of 9 thick wall in all the four sides with 6 thick RCC top duly filled with sand & plastered 12 mm. thick in ratio 1:4 with cement & sand on outer surface of brick wall . 15 Removal of 25/63/100 KVA T/F from the existing D/P after opening HT & LT connection and with shifting the T/F from the site to ESC, SRE/JE store with loading & unloading at both ends. 16 Safe cartage of 25/63/ 100 KVA T/F from ESC,SRE, to the site of work including loading & unloading at both ends. (Dist. Upto 25 km.) 17 Safe installation of 25/63/100 KVA T/F on the double pole with complete fittings including making connections and commissioning. 18 Safe installation of 250 KVA T/F on the Plinth with complete fittings including making connections and commissioning. 19 Tightening of loose stay including opening, binding and nozzling of stay wire. 20 Earthing of 250 KVA T/F by boring of 60 Ft deep & fixing of 60 ft. G.I pipe 11/2 Dia (Jindal Class B) and connecting with G.I. Strip of size 40x5 mm and G.I wire at bottom of G.I pipe to the T/F providing of required charcoal & salt in the pipe 21 Re-Straightening of tilted PCC pole/ST pole up to 13 Mtr.of 11 KV & LT lines with opening, binding and jumpering of conductor. 22 Re-sagging of loose conductor of 11 KV / LT line with opening binding & Re-binding with jumpring. 23 Removal of old damaged weasel conductor / G.I wire from the Existing 11KV, LT lines with making roll of conductor and shifting the same to ESC, SRE/J.E (store) including loading and unloading at both ends. 24 Off shooting of tree branches touching the 11 KV/LT line. .
