Panchayat Raj Department has published Tender for renovation/restoration work from in front of Jawahar Yadavs shop on Birampur Rohi road to Lokmanpur Dinesh Dubeys house, 1 Construction of graunlar sub-base by providing well gnarted material speading in uniform layers with mother grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired densify complete a per Technical specification Clause 401 2 providing laying spreading and compacting stone eggregates of specitfic sizes (45-53 mm) to bound macadam specification inelduing spreasding in uniform thickness.Hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of sereding/ binding Malerals to fill up the intertics of coarse aggregale wateing and compaclling to the requireddensity WBM Crading 2 as per Technical specification Clause 405 3 Provding laying spreading and compacting stone aggergated of specifile sizes (22.4-53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreding in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibartory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and comber applhying and broming requsite fype of screening binding Meterails to fill up the intersites of coarse aggregate. watering and compacting to the requrited density WBM Grading-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 4 Brick eding on both side of road with first class bick 8 cm. Wide and 12 cm deep iad with mud motar inctding all meterail labour T&P etc. Complete 5 Provding and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsent (SS) on perparted surface of granlar Base inclding eleaning of road sorface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Rg per sqm using mecharical mears as per Technical specilication clause 502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using oresure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with tydrolic broom as per temechhnical specilication clause 503 7 Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix capet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using pretition grade bilument of emusion to required line. Gade and level to serve as wearing course on a peviously prepared base including mixing in a sutable plant. Laying and rooling with a three wheel in 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat to Type C a per Techinal Specification Clause 508 8 providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminus surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type C as per Techincal Specification Clause 510 9 Construction embankment with approved meterial obtaned from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to requred slope and compacting to meet requerment of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upt 1000 m as per Tachnical Specification Clause 301.5 patri 10 Supply and fixing of sign board etc. complete .
