North Central Railway has published Supply Of design, fabrication & supply , installation of battery charging box panel suitable for operation of 110 vdc system , design, fabrication & supply , installation of battery charging box panel suitable for operation of 110 vdc system. panel shall have 2.0mm /1.6mm sheet steel thickness. panel will be wall mounting typ e having provision for cable entry from bottom and suitable for indoor/outdoor installation. the panel will b e non- extensible type in design with dust and vermin proofing. the bus bars shall be of high conductivity e lectrical aluminum (al) flats as per requirement and shall be supported on smc/dmc supports of suitable si ze. bus bars will be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves and codified in red and black colour as per stand ard practice. main bus bar & mcb rated current - 63 amp.
