( as per Morth Specification 503 ) 2 Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth specification clause no505 complete in all respects. 50mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of60/70 @4.25% by weight of total mix. 3 Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushedaggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth specification clause no507 complete in all respects40mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration ofCRMB-55 @ 5% by weight of total mix 4 Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specification ) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required lavel and slope including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at appoximates spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface , including cleaning the surface removal of debris etc. all complete (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per Morth specification.) 40 MM thick .
