Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Fencing Zone E Area Of Age B/R-Ii Under Ge (West) Lucknow - 1 Dismantling of existing RCC/ Steel /Wooden posts or struts any section embedded in,concrete ,brick work ,masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all speciified and directed 2 Dismantling existing chain linkfencing /Fencing wire mesh of any type from RCC/Steel/wooden posts complete etc all as specified and as directed. 3 Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50cum getting out in Hard/dense soil, returning,filling in layers not exceeding 25cm and making good surfaces all as soecified. 4 M & Lfor PCC1 : 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling for securing posts complete all as directed 5 S & F, angle iron (Fe-290 , Gde E-165) as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting top to shape required, drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all speciified and directed 6 Supply only galvanised chain link fencing of any size or type, all as specified and directed. 7 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all speciified and directed 8 Supply only MS screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 30cm longand dia of neck not exceeding 12mm borecomplete all speciified and directed 9 S & F in repair, galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire complete all speciified and directed 10 M&L 8 to 10mm dia and over deformed bars, cut to length, bent ot shape required, including cranking, bending , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) icluding welding,rivetting etc complete. 11 S & F in repairsconcertina coil fencing with punched tape coil 600mm dia 10 mtr openablelength (total length 90 mtr) having50 Nos round per 6 meter with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight not less than 43.478 gm/mtr and fixing the same on Y shaped angle iron placed 2.0 mtr apart and with 6 horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape) wire, stud tied with GI stapes sand GI clips to retain horizontal inculding necessary bolts etc complete all as specified and directed 12 M & L for Granite stone slab (best quality) 20mm thick machine cut as on vertical surfaces of wall fixed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulding, grinding and polishing over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1: 3 on fair faces of bricks wall or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and fair to receive tiles/granite/kota stone incl dismantling of existing stone slab complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings etc for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete including dismantling of old u/s mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for preparing old painted surface of steel/iron of any description area exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all asspecified and directed. .
