Madhyanchal Vidut Vitran Nigam Limited has published tender for Selection of working agency for deposit work in subdivision tikaitnagar under EE,EDD, RS Ghat, 1 Safe loading carriage including unloading and proper stacking of following materials from Electrical Store Center Barabanki todump site and vice virsa (in case of receipt back from site), in the area where work is to be executed. 2 PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long. Pole11 Mtr Long. 4 ACSR Weasal Conductor. 5 3-Ø T/F 16/25/63 KVA(Vide P-2 of RESSPO Cost Schedule 2018-19) 6 Outdoor 33 or 11 KVCT/PT compact unit. 7 Loose line and other miscellaneous Line materials. 8 AB cable Single Phase. 9 AB cable Three Phase. 10 11 KV XLPE cable 3X70 mm2/3X120 mm2/ 3X185 mm2 11 Indoor 33 KV and 11 KVPilfer resistant metering cubical. 12 Dragging of PCC Pole from Dump Site to pit site. 13 Dragging of ST Pole 11 mtr. Long from Dump Site to pit site. 14 Fabrication and Erection of 11 KV Single Pole Support on PCC Pole complete in all respect as per Respo norms. (Vide P-28 of RESSPO Cost Schedule 2018-19) 15 Fabrication and Erection of LT Single Pole Support on PCC Pole complete in all respect as per RESPO NORMS. 16 Fabrication and Erection of 11 KV Double Pole Support on PCC Poles complete in all respect as per RESPO NORMS.Stay insulator and likewise items which are not available in ESC will be provided by the contractor on his own cost. 17 Fabrication and Erection of Single Pole STP 11 Mtr Support complete in all respect as per RESPO NORMS. 18 Grouting of PCC/STP using cement with 1:4:8 ratio Cement, sand & Brick Ballast& including digging of pit and fixing of all accessories as per RESPONorms, complete in all respect. (Vide P-28 of RESSPO Cost Schedule 2018-19). 19 Stringing and binding and jumpering of ACSR Conductors for H.T. Lines complete in all respect. Stay insulator and likewise items which are not available in ESC will be provided by the contractor on his own cost. 20 Sagging of Single Phase AB Cable for L.T. Lines. as pernorm. Stay insulator and likewise items which are not available in ESC will be provided by the contractor on his own cost. 21 Sagging ofThree Phase AB Cable for L.T. Lines. as pernorm. Stay insulator and likewise items which are not available in ESC will be provided by the contractor on his own cost. 22 Installation and Mounting of 11/0.4 KV16/25/63KVA 3-Ø Transformers on double pole structure with the help of HYDRA crane on T/F Base channel including its connection in between 11 KV , providing Crimping type Aluminum lugs of required sizes (All the Material except transformer will be provided by the Contractor) (Vide P-2 of RESSPO Cost Schedule 2018-19) 23 Neutral grounding (Earthing) of T/F by using pre fabricated earthing kit cantaining 10 fit long, chemical filed metallic cylinder having 50 mm dia. Drilling of bore will be done by the contractor. Earthing will be treated complete after filling 25 KG chemical surrounding the earthing cylinder in side the 10 fit deep bore.All the connections etc, including testing using earth tester will be done by the contractor. There must be earth resistance within accepted limits, failing which payments shall not be made. Earthing work should be complete in all respect. 24 Earthing of H.T Polesand T/F Body with M.S. Earthing Rod of size 20x2500 mm and 6 SWG Earthing wire etc. as per Specification. (Vide P-28 of RESSPO Cost Schedule 2018-19). 25 33 KV or 11 KV Cabling work from DP Top to meter Room, ensuring thatthe whole cable remains visible from out side including jointing box work at both ends, complete in all RESPECTS. 26 Installation and connection of 33 or 11 KV outdoor CT/PT compact unit on D/P situated outside meter room complete in all RESPECTS. 27 Guarding of 11 KV or 33 KV road X-ing including material. 28 Installation and commissioning of indoor 33 KV and 11 KVPilfer resistant metering cubical including masonary work of plinth, cable trench, proper laying of H.T cable, sealing of entry and exit points of cable in the meter room, fixing of cable jointing boxes at both ends complete in all respect. All the materials except store items will be provided by the contractor. 29 Providing 6 Dia GI pipe as per reqirment and fixing it at D/P pole base in Order to Raise 11 or 33 KV cable for lifting it up to D/P top. complete in all RESPECTS. 30 Erection of Stay set as per requirement by digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 m.Grouting of stay set in the Ratio of 1:3:6 cement concrete, providing loop insolator, anchor plate as per norm. All the material except store item will be provided by the contractor. (Vide P-30 of RESSPO Cost Schedule 2018-19) 31 Dismantling ofold H.T/ L.TPolewith assesrise etc. 32 Dismantling ofold H.T/ L.T line. . Last date of submission for this tender is 2024-06-24.
