Lucknow Development Authority has published Tender For Construction Work Of Jogging Track Near Gate No. 6 Of Janeshwar Mishra Park Located In Gomti Nagar Extension - Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil. DSR 2023/2.28.1 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including gettingout and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in- charge. DSR 2.8.1 3 Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal ofsurplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.DSR 16.1 4 Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :DSR 2.35.2.1 5 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course one well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Sanction Rate) 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (Vg-10) pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Both wheeled Roller 8 - 10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. (Sanction Rate) 7 Providing and laying bituminous macadam (B.M.) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.30%, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (Sanction Rate) 8 Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (S.D.B.C.) (Using Water Plastic) providing and laying Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5per centmix to work at site as per MORTH & Hspecification clause No. 508 complete in all respects(Reducing Bituminous Quantity by 8% and replacing it by Plastic wastage as per IRC : SP: 98-2013) (Sanction Rate) 9 Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.
