Lucknow Development Authority has published Tender For Road Beautification And Road Paving Work In Front Of Aishbagh Heights Apartment - Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m. (5ft.) & lead upto 30m (100ft.) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & side of foundation trenches or into plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer I/C Upto distance of 30m. (100ft.) from foundation trenches (DSR 2.1 1/2023) 2 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. (DSR 4.1.8/2023) 3 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Foundation Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1/2023) 4 Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on perpared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratoy roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401. For Grading I Material (GSB-I) (LDA Aproved Rate) 5 Providing and applying Primer coat with Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base. Including cleanning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg./sqm. Using mechanical means. (as per MORTH Specification - 502) 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen 80/100 grade using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (MORT&H-503) 7 Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons 8 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 9 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. (DAR-2023: 16.62/2023 10 S/F 80 mm thick rubber moulded Interlocking tile etc. including supply of all labour material T&P etc all completed of work.
