Lucknow Development Authority has published Tender For Road and drain construction work in front of shops located in Authoritys Kinder Dump Scheme Alambagh Lucknow - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. DSR No2.8.1/2023 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources: 8 graded stone adgregate 40 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources). (DSR 2023/4.1.8) 3 Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks. (DSR 2023/6.3.1) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources) (DSR 2023/4.1.3) 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand). (DSR 2023/13.4.1) 6 Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) : Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing. DSR No 13.31.1/2023 7 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum DSR 5.33.1.1/2023 8 Mildsteel or iron in plain work shch as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and includingsupply of steel and wastage hooks and overlapping. (SI.No.-504) 9 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works up to plinth level: Concrete of M-10 grade with minimum cement content of 240 kg/cum.DSR No 4.20.1.1/2023 10 Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340Kg/Cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payable, recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer.DSR No 16.43.2/2023 11 Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturers specification in cement concrete.
