Kanpur Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Patch Work Of Road By Hmp From Pateleswar Mandir To Singh Tredas In Ward-26, Zone-02 - E/W Cutting or ion embankment in ordinary soil exavation to be done pits not exciding 1.5m including all completion of work 2 P/L Spreading Compacting graded stone aggreate to wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller including all labour materia T&P 3 p/A tack Coat with bitumen 80/100 PRESSURE DISTRIBUTER @ 0.20 KG/SQM etc all work. 4 Denge Graded Bituminous Macadam (DGBM) P/L dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 THP Type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumixed binder @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydiostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the requiredgrade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and random rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause NO 507 complete in all respect. 5 P/A Bituminous concret with computrised HMP type proucing and average output of 75 tones per hrs crushed aggregates of specipied grading premixed with biyuminour binder (CRMB) 5.4 @ PERCENT OF MIX etc all complete work .
