Kanpur Municipal Corporation has published Tender For Construction Of Park Infront Of Hig-473 Situated In Ward 50 Zone-5. - Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 2 Providing and Laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 Brickballast nominal size 40 mm ) in all completion of work. In foundation and floor . 3 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortar of 1.25 fineless modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of work. 4 Providing and Laying damp proof coarse 25 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) and curing Complete. 5 Class-150 brick work supper structure above plinth lebel upto floor to lexle (upto two story) including necessarycutting and molding of brick work . 6 prooviding and fixing hand rail (M.S Tube )of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work 7 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete. 8 Providing and laying of wall putty for making wall surface smooth with labour T&P etc all complete. 9 Finishing walls with extarial emiulsion paint (Apex) appeoved brand and manufecture and of requeird shead on wall surfaceall material, labour T&P etc all complete. 10 Painting 1st Coat over priming coat (butt Excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surface upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area with superior synthetic enamel.ready mix enamel paint of approved quality including supply of all material, labour tandP etc all complete .
